Toka Airport lighting in year 2000

Good day to sir/madam.
We did a medivac in September 2000, evacuating a patient from Rabual Airport to Port Moresby at Melanesian Hyperbaric Chamber.

I need urgently to confirm if in 2000hrs, the lighting of the runway at the Rabual airport was operational only from 0800-2000hrs or was it operational 24hrs.
