VVTS useable length Rwy 07R/25L

Recent class 1 notams from Vietnam have left me confused as to what the useable length of Rwy 07R/25L at Hochiminh is. Can anyone help? Several class one notams over the past year indicated that the runway has been extended by 800m, but was not in use. A0458/03 gave revised declared distances & A0512/03 gives temporary taxi procedures for the use of that runway. So now it seems that the runway is in use, but I don't know the runway's actual length. Can anyone help?
